they say friendster is mostly filipinos, but of course not all. especially now, it is very popular in other asian countries, and of course in the US too. there's also a growing number of filipinos on facebook. but is there one where all are filipinos?

of course not. you cant sotp other races from signing up to things. i doubt there is anything that is 100% one race.

I really do not think so, specially since a lot of Filipinos do travel and work overseas and oftentimes influence their friends to try whatever site they find nice. but friendster is really mostly filipinos. try it. goodluck
