Questions for women about social network/dating sites...?

I am currently trying to improve my social networking/dating site profiles. Ladies:

What aspects of a man's profile makes you want to keep looking and reading?

What about his profile makes you want to contact him unsolicited?

What about his profile or message makes you want to respond to his message?

Looks - shallow, I know, but if I'm not attracted, I'm not interested. No picture, I won't even look.

Job/Income - I want to know that he is responsible and has held down a job for period of time longer than 3 months.

Hobbies/Interests - I don't sit on the couch and tv, so I don't want a man that does. I don't care what his hobby is, so long as it is not video games, movies and watching sports on tv.

Those are the 3 biggest things I look at. If all of those are there, I'll look further into him.

Then I want to know, does he smoke? is he really religious? does he have/want kids? What is his goal in dating? fwb? marriage? ltr? What does he want in a woman? If he wants a stay at home wifey to pop out babies and take care of him, that's not me and not worth wasting his or my time.

For me, I like a smart, funny guy. I like him to seem aproachable, not where he is so full or so unsure of himself. I'll contact him if I think we have a lot in common or his profile is particularly funny. If there is a message that asks more than "What's up?" or "Hello be my girlfriend," I might respond if I find him interesting. I won't talk to someone who doesn't have a complete profile or picture though.
My boyfriend and I (who I met in singlesnet) were just talking about that. What really attracted me to him (other than physically) was the fact that his profile was unique from the others. He didn't say the typical "I'm honest and fun" blah blah blah....he had some catch-phrases and described himself in other words. It intrigued me and I winked at him. Now we are totally in love and I'm sure we will be spending the rest of our lives together.
